    Help with zucchini

Hi everybody! I´m asking for help about the best way for zucchini noodles recipe. I made them two times last week on the microwave, about 2 minutes, but the results are not the best. When I serve for eating them, they are plenty of water and the taste is not good. Can you help me? I´ve been reading through the topics and I can´t find a good way for cooking them. Thanks in advance. Hugs from Spain.
  2. Hi all! I'm starting a new Whole30 on July 1st and would really love it if I had some companions with whom to share the journey. This will be my second attempt at a Whole30. My first one was a bit more squishy than it should have been (e.g. I stayed nearly 100% compliant, but I snacked often and didn't always measure my food correctly, etc.). I also realize that I can benefit from keepin' on, keepin' on in the Whole30 spirit for a bit longer. So I've chalked up my first attempt as a trial run and have committed to doing this one RIGHT! 100% compliant. Who's with me? Anybody else going for a second, third, or even 4th attempt? Newbies, join in and share your enthusiasm! All are welcome; diverse perspectives are helpful and insightful!!
  3. Let us all remember that we were newbies once too. Yes, people will try a whole30 as "just another diet". Yes, they will come here without having read any of the whole9 blog or It Starts with Food. All they will know will be "the rules," and perhaps these are the rules from their Crossfit Box, or a friend's facebook page, and they may even be the wrong rules. Whatever the question, remember that they may not have started here with as much information as you, but what is important is that they started. Be gentle with your responses and show them your support! A kind word may be all it takes to get them to day 2. Some may need tough love, but for me, I think I will leave that to the mods for a while! Happy New Year!
