  1. First day down

Really today is my second day as I could not find where to sign up for commitment each day. I am enjoying cooking new recipes. Have prepared salmon and salad for lunch tomorrow. I did not snack at all so pleased with the start.
  2. Hi all, I'm inspired by the activity here. Today is the big Start Date, and I am already thinking about how I can create "sour cream" from coconut milk to go with potato latkes for Chanukah! Thank G-d potatoes are allowed. Anyone else here from the East Bay in northern CA?
  3. I'm Starting Aug 1

Hello Everyone!! I am so very excited to start the Whole 30 program! This really will be a life changing event for me. I have always used food as a crutch to get through difficult times, and as a result, ended up unhealthy, overweight and miserable. I have always wanted to lose weight and become healthy, but never really did anything about it...Until now. I'm done with being fat, I'm done with being unhealthy, I'm done with excuses!!!! I want to be an example to my daughter and show her how to have an appropriate relationship with food. We can all do this!! Best of luck to everyone!
