My husband and I are considering starting the Whole30 program. Breakfast is our concern. My husband eats breakfast in his car on the way to work 6 days a week. Right now I make him muffins so that he's not eating processed breakfast bars, etc. I've been praying about how to make this work for him. He literally gets up, showers, grabs his food and is out the door. There is no flex in his schedule. Do you have any breakfast ideas for eating in the car? I assume an RXbar for breakfast everyday is not a good idea. This could be a make it or break it on whether or not we start the program. Thanks
