  1. I am not yet pregnant but am scheduled for a frozen embryo transfer next month. I want to be doing all I can to make it a success, hence why I'm Whole30-ing until I get my big fat positive. My doctor recommended I begin taking a prenatal vitamin right away. I was on Whole30 day 13 until yesterday when I took my old prenatal vitamin without thinking. I had major digestive upset a couple hours later. Sure enough, when I read the label I found it had corn starch in it. Ugh! I've since been on a quest to find a vitamin that both has everything needed for pregnancy AND is grain free. I'm beginning to think one doesn't exist! What do other mamas and mamas-to-be take?
  2. Folate & MTHFR

    I have the MTHFR gene mutation meaning I can not convert folic acid into folate. Because of this I must take Folate and B vitamins especially now that I am trying to conceive. I am currently on a supplement that has all the vitamins and minerals I am lacking. It is gluten, soy, corn, gmo etc free but has the equivalent of 6 grapes of natural fruit sugars. All the prenatals recommended on other threads have a small percentage of folic acid or gluten (since I have celiac disease as well) which I can not have. Would the fruit sugars found in my supplement sabotage my Whole 30 reset? Thank you!
  3. I have Pure Encapsulations vitamin recommended by this site that I use as a prenatal vitamin. I am wondering if I should take fermented cod liver oil as well, or if that's too much of certain vitamins? Thanks Amy
  4. I just got my order of these in them mail but now can't find where I read about them on this site! (or maybe it was the book....) I'm nursing and hope to be pregnant sometime this year...anyone else taking these? Do you like them?
