    Breakfast & lunch ideas

Today is my 1st day on Whole30! Yesterday, i was doing my meal plans for the week - all my dinner meals are fine, but i'm struggling for breakfast & lunch ideas. Breakfast needs to be quick (had scrambled eggs & approved bacon with avocado this morning) and got a salad for lunch (no meat, i forgot!) but i don't really have any other ideas. Lunch needs to be able to go to work with me, and i have around 15 minutes for breakfast before i leave for work. I also want to keep my husband interested with tasty food as he is doing this with me. Thanks for your help!
  2. Hi Everyone, I'm on day 9 of my first whole 30 and so far so good. I am training for a sprint triathlon with a group of women and we are doing a swim and run "dress rehersal" this Saturday and then going to the coach's house for breakfast. It's a pot luck and since it's not my house I won't have access to a stove or cook top to make my usual breakfast. I know we're not suppose to "paleo-fy" things like muffins but is there any way around this? Any ideas on what to bring? Erin
  3. Morning everyone! Headed to Costco tonight to grab some supplies for the house and while I'm there I was hoping to save some money by stocking on some compliant pantry and fridge items. This will be my first trip over there since, well, before I switched over to mainly eating paleo and definitely since I started my wh30. So, I was hoping that by starting this topic all of you could help me save some time wondering around Costco's massive warehouse reading the labels on everything -not that I have a problem doing that it's just been a long week and I want to get home sooner rather than later. Please throw out suggestions for your favorite brands/items that you stock up on when you go! And apologies if this is in the wrong thread I was debating posting here or in the recipe sharing thread.
