This will be my third Whole 30. The first was something I managed to get done but I didn’t notice many positive impacts other than completing it. and I didn’t do the reintroduction. The second was much better i felt good and I even did the quick reintroduction and didn’t feel too many negative effects doing it but then felt awful after eating lots of crappy food while traveling and on a cruise. Now that I am feeling bloated and itchy, and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing if I will feel better this time around, the online support and the sharing of favourite recipes.
