  1. Any suggestions for a soy sauce substitute that is NOT coconut aminos? My husband is allergic to coconut so all things coconut are out for us! Thanks in advance!
  2. I am ready to reintroduce some food. I had a wonderful experience with Whole30 but here on day 31 I am ready to have some chickpea hummus. I would like help with some products that I cannot find on the lists. Is using soy sauce part of the legume reintroduction? When I reintroduce non gluten foods, is regular pasta in that group or is it a gluten food?
  3. Hello Wise Ones, I have finally come to the point of admitting that I just don't like coconut aminos. Every time I open the bottle it makes me feel like gagging. This wouldn't be an issue except that I love Asian food. Missing my soy sauce, miso bragg's. Really want to add some Asian inspired recipes to my Whole 30, but they all call for coconut aminos. Any other soy sauce replacements. Preferably something less sweet, more Umami. TIA for any advice.
  4. OK... so I love my sushi and have been fine with sashimi...which to me is a dinner I really consider a treat. I've been struggling with what to dip it in though. I usually like to use lite soy with a lot of the wasabi paste... but know soy sauce is a no-no. Any ideas for good alternatives that have that similar salty dip.. or even better.. something that will taste great with the wasabi paste in it? Thanks! k
