I am in the middle of cooking a spaghetti squash, and I usually roast and eat the seeds as well with the hull and everything. Is that allowed on the Whole30? I know "pumpkin seeds" are allowed, so I imagine squash seeds are the same -- I'm mainly wondering about the hull on the seeds, which is removed in most purchased pumpkin/squash seeds. Would that be considered a possible irritant that should be avoided, or is it okay to eat the shells? Thank you!
