  3. Hi everyone, I recently purchased NESCAFÉ GOLD Espresso Instant Coffee and there was no ingredients label on it. So I went on their website and it mentions 'with crema'. I know diary is not whole30 compliant but I am seriously confused as to how there is crema in an instant coffee powder...so I'm guessing I shouldn't use this instant coffee or is it okay?   4. Although there isn't an official 7 day meal shopping list, I created my own for you to use with the new Whole30 book if you want. This is for one person. I was unable to find recipes for slow cooker beef brisket and plantains in the new Whole30 book. So I used the Braised Beef Brisket recipe instead. You will have to find a pan fried plantain recipe and add those ingredients to the list. I hope this helps.   5. Hey All, I just got braces, and finding healthy snacks that will not pop my brackets that are also whole30 compliant is proving to be a bit of a challenge. When you look up lists of snacks recommended for people wearing braces you get a lot of: Dairy: soft cheese, pudding, milk-based drinks, Breads: soft tortillas, pancakes, muffins without nuts, Grains: pasta, soft cooked rice, and Treats: ice cream without nuts, milkshakes, Jell-O, cake. My normal go to snacks are now all off limits because they're too hard/crunchy. I've got apple sauce, but I prefer salty snacks over sweet
  6. I'm starting Whole30 with my fiance this coming Monday. We've been preparing for a few weeks, trying out different milks for coffee creamer, practicing Whole30 meals, incorporating a Time Restricted Eating schedule, etc. I'm excited by all the good reviews, but also nervous.   7. Hello, It's my first time. And today's my Day 14. I do crossfit twice a week and I struggle with it... On day 8, for the first time ever, I felt like I was about to faint (never fainted, so I don't know). But I saw the stars and got really dizzy towards the end of my workout.   10. So its Day 30. My last day. It has been an interesting 30 days. It was not as hard as I thought. Maybe because I was prepared to take my health into my own hands. Maybe because I was already a semi healthy eater. Whatever the reason, I truly enjoyed it. I don't want to bring anything back that I ate before. I do know that I should reintroduce some items. So I have to decided to take a week "break" and do another round of the Whole 30. I really quite enjoy feeling full of energy and not disgusting after I eat. Wish me luck!

I love giant salads, and I find myself craving them more now...I am a HUGE fan of canned wild caught sardines (I am waiting for the next Costco deal that they run on the Season Brand Wild Caught Sardines). Sardines are arguably one of the world's healthiest and nutrient dense food sources. I just love them. Fortunately for me I can get by the smell (although I tend to avoid bringing them to work to spare my co-workers). But several handfuls of salad greens topped with sardines, salt, pepper, balsamic, avocado, and olive oil just hits the spot!!! And it takes under 1 minute to prepare....what R
  12. Hi, So I will start off by saying totally failed reintroduction. I completed a whole45, and I was contemplating making it to 60 days, but at the last minute thought, "let me try this and see how I feel." I didn't think too much about reintroduction because I planned, and have, basically maintained the whole30 diet. I feel so much better this way, and I love the meals I make!   13. Hi, I’m new to the whole 30 community! I’m looking at these upcoming 30 days as the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle. A few years back I was diagnosed with GERD & fructose intolerant. I came across Whole30 a few weeks back & knew this is the answer I’ve been looking for to help me. I have been getting myself & house prepped & ready, even have goals & plans set in place. Background information: I've struggled with my weight my entire life, developed incredibly bad eating habits and an eating disorder in my teenage years (binge eater)...
