dboothsummers
Trader Joe's sells these all ready to go in a nice little package in the produce section. Since fruits and seeds are good, I sprinkled a few on my salad last night. YUM. I'm guessing they're Whole30 approved, but do I count them as my fruit or as my fat, since they're seeds? Melissa Urban
They're absolutely Whole30 approved, and they would count as fruit, as their content is primarily carbohydrate. Enjoy!
