jendodd79
I started the Whole 30 with a challenge last Monday and I'm transitioning my daughter on to the plan. My husband and I have been having eggs for breakfast, but she has an egg allergy. Do you have any advice for a good, easy breakfast that we can offer her? Anandi
Our daughter loves sausages of any kind. We try to get the better quality ones at Whole Foods (brand escapes me now) - chicken apple and the pork breakfast sausage links are both well received. Ours has a dairy allergy so it was really important for us to find her an alternate source of protein. Another somewhat odd protein option that our daughter LOVES is Japanese fish cake. It's somewhat processed but I feel better about it than most things since she's fairly picky. She loves it with soy sauce.
