TBinSD
Well, today is Day 29 and tomorrow is my last day on the W30! I can't tell if I'm excited that this is over or if I'm anxious about eating off plan. I have to admit that I feel amazing -- I've lost a ton of weight, my energy is way up, my bp is down, and things have gone very well overall. Now I'm just a bit nervous about putting off plan foods back into my body. While there are a few things I can't wait to enjoy, I'm not sure how much I'm willing to go back to some of the things I used to eat/drink. Wednesday should be interesting! whitjm5
Nothing says you *have* to go back to any of the crap. You just don't have to be as careful. Easier to eat out, etc. on occasion.
Terresa
If you're finding that you done want certain things you used to enjoy, maybe it's your body saying that it just doesn't need them anymore, or not right now. I say, honour your body.and go with it. And congrats on completing your W30!
TBinSD
If I can live like this 80-90% of the time, then I think I'd be happy with that.
TBinSD
Last day . . . I made it. I give myself a B+ for my first run. Next time I'll drink more water, be better about 3 full meals a day and I won't have any smoothies (now that I know they're frowned upon). And I won't over due it with the cashews again. While I ate 100% compliant foods, I could have done the eating part a bit better. I plan on getting the book ISWF (probably should have started there, but hey, I just wanted to get started), a slow cooker and a bank of recipes to prep the 30 days properly. Tomorrow I'll re-enter with a smoothie for breakfast and a glass or two of wine at the end of the day. That's about all I can think of that I would want to add back in at this point. And maybe a raspberry Snapple ice tea!
