Sara_Lee Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 I came across Whole30 a few days ago and decided (after eating a bunch of icky food) that I should just commit myself fully. I'm hoping that by posting this and not just saying it to myself, that I will follow through completely. I suffer from acne and digestive issues (which I fully believe to be connected to one another), so perhaps this challenge will provide some relief and help heal my gut.
