I've been eating Paleo since December but have let too many sweats and some carbs creep back in. Great way to eliminate those items. So far so good. I tried coconut milk in my coffee, didn't mind the taste but if you didn't stir it constantly little white flecks would appear. This annoyed me for some reason, so I am now drinking black coffee.
