What foods to avoid?

I am new to this and I am working on preparing my meals before I start the program on May 20th. Is there a template that suggests which foods to avoid? I am trying to figure out my way around this website. haha

Any suggestions or advice help! Thank you :)

when I started this journey it seemed that this information wasn't enough. I wanted something more complicated, with more words, but it's pretty simple and straight forward. if in doubt come on here, search for what you are looking for, if you don't find it then ask! :)

Do yourself a favor and read the book It Starts With Food. It will answer all your questions and more and seriously set you up for success on this program!

Judy - I love love love hard boiled eggs! They carry SO easily! Remember a little bit of carb, too....

And, I can't put my finger on it right now, but in one of the resources I've printed off, there is a pre and post workout suggestion section. I needed it for my husband!
