Jtandi
when I started this journey it seemed that this information wasn't enough. I wanted something more complicated, with more words, but it's pretty simple and straight forward. if in doubt come on here, search for what you are looking for, if you don't find it then ask! Moderators LadyM Posted May 17, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 17, 2013 Do yourself a favor and read the book It Starts With Food. It will answer all your questions and more and seriously set you up for success on this program!

Kirsteen
Also if you go to http://whole9life.com/itstartswithfood/ and scroll down there's a lot of free downloads like shopping guide, meal template, pantry stocking guide etc. I found them invaluable when I first started. Judy Villano
I was just reading the meal template. What do you suggest for a post-workout easily digested protein?
Susan W
Judy any lean protein. I have done tuna, sardines, chicken breast and flank steak.
christartist
Judy - I love love love hard boiled eggs! They carry SO easily! Remember a little bit of carb, too.... And, I can't put my finger on it right now, but in one of the resources I've printed off, there is a pre and post workout suggestion section. I needed it for my husband!
