PaleoFor Life Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 Hi all, I had a successful whole 30 from march to April and after being 90% strict for a few weeks, I need a round 2. Have attempted a few starts in the last 2 weeks with a few slips, so I am giving myself a date of 5/20/13 to be accountable. I'm looking forward to showing the sugar dragon who really is the boss this time around and also learning more about myself and the crazy relationship I've cultivated with food. We've been pretty strict Paleo for a couple of years, so thankfully we haven't had quite the level of challenge that some folks have coming to the Whole30. That said, two things that have helped us have been 1) doing it together (it's not too late to get a partner/spouse/friend on board, even if they live somewhere else) and 2) Every night we both write a little in our "Whole30 journals". Often the entries are super-brief, but it's a good place to focus on how the day is gone, and reflect on what it is we are doing. Best of luck to you!
