kristenc Posted May 19, 2013 Share Posted May 19, 2013 A few years ago I had a food sensitivity test done ( that measures antibodies in the blood) It came back saying I had an egg sensitivity. I had never had any reactions from eating eggs but I cut them out 3 years ago in hope it would help my migraines - but made no difference, and they have only gotten worse. Have been easing into Paleo over the past month- and officially starting my whole 30 tomorrow. If I could eat eggs for breakfast it would be so much easier! Is it worth trying and seeing how I feel?
