I have been eating Paleo, but recommitting to doing a 2nd round of Whole 30. I am doing this because I want to get back to sleeping better, stabilize my blood sugar, and experiment with new and time efficient ways to prepare whole and healthy meals. Today marks a 2nd round of whole 30 and Im excited to re-set my body and add more life-long healthy habits!

I am in your identical situation. I did a W30 in April, then went on vacation and have been battling my sugar demon since. So I decided to commit myself to round 2, and started today 5/20. Lets support each other!!! (we did it once, we can do it again :))
