Sesame seed oil, grape seed oil

Sesame oil is best used as a flavoring oil that is not heated.

Grape seed oil is high in omega6 fatty acids and not a good oil choice hot or cold. It won't kill you. I used it when I first started a Whole30 because I did not know that omega6s were a problem.

Nowadays, I do my cooking with coconut oil or ghee and use olive oil for dressings or with mild heat. Other good cooking fat choices are beef tallow, lard, or duck fat, but I don't do much with them.
