Started yesterday (5/20)

Hi everyone! Currently on Day 2. Started yesterday 5/20. I also started CrossFit yesterday. Completed my first WOD yesterday and second one today. I am really looking forward to the 30 days...even with the headaches and fatigue, etc. I am the type of person that needs very strict guidelines so this will definitely help! Before this, I would have the goal of eating clean and having 1 cheat meal....and that was just too much temptation for me. So yay, I am excited to see how my body will respond.

I understand how the guidelines are far more helpful than giving yourself rules :) tried it too many times without result

I am only on day four and am feeling great so I wish you luck and know that we are all here for you
