meganbarley Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 Hi everyone! Currently on Day 2. Started yesterday 5/20. I also started CrossFit yesterday. Completed my first WOD yesterday and second one today. I am really looking forward to the 30 days...even with the headaches and fatigue, etc. I am the type of person that needs very strict guidelines so this will definitely help! Before this, I would have the goal of eating clean and having 1 cheat meal....and that was just too much temptation for me. So yay, I am excited to see how my body will respond.
