Paleo4me
Does anybody know a good and easy stir-fry sauce recipe for chicken? TIA
MrsStick
How much chicken? My last chicken stir fry consisted of the following: 2-3 small chicken breasts, chopped 1 onion, chopped 3 zucchini, julienned 2 carrots, julienned Handful of snap peas, halved 2 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp Red Boat fish sauce (ingredients: fish, salt) 1 tbsp rice vinegar black pepper - maybe 1/4-1/2 tsp? sprinkle red pepper flakes ...something like that. If you don't have the fish sauce, double the aminos. My chicken was already flavored (it was NomNomPaleo's Asian Chicken Thigh recipe) so I didn't add any more garlic or ginger. I might've added garlic powder to the marinade, I honestly don't remember. It was delicious, though (even if hubby did drown his in soy sauce). I didn't think it needed it! Paleo4me
Thanks. I'll have to try to find some Red Boat fish sauce. I've never seen that brand before. Sounds good!
