JulieSusan Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 Hello all - I have just started my first Whole30 -- I am on day three -- and feeling really good about this but also really pooped!! That could be because I have been going non-stop - but I also hear that the first few days can be kinda of tiring. I am doing the Whole30 because of osteoarthritis pain -- I am 55 years old -- and too young to have pain like this (in my opinion) -- and thought that this would be a great experiment to see how my diet affect chronic pain and inflammation. Yahoo!! I already began cutting out a lot of sugar -- the hardest part for me is that I love morning and evening carbs, especially cereal!
