TXN11
And I'm really hoping that my body does not revolt! I love cheese... I'll post after lunch.
PamH
Was it you who was going to enjoy that beer on the first post Whole30 day? If so, how was it? I will be very sad if I do not do well with cheese. I did greatly reduce super aged cheese like parmesan (love) prior to Whole30 to deal with free glutamates and glutamates in general. Still, I am a Wisconsin girl and I love my cheeses of all kinds. I will feel the same sadness if oatmeal turns out to be a no-no for me when reintroduced.
TXN11
Was it you who was going to enjoy that beer on the first post Whole30 day? If so, how was it? I'm that person, yes, but I'm going to hold off on the beer until after I reintroduce the foods I want to try again. As tempting it is, I don't want to dive into beer and nachoes immediately, otherwise I won't learn much from this experience.
TXN11
Just had some havarti cheese cubes a couple hours ago. Tastes glorious as always. Keep posted on how my body responds. No stomach upset thus far.

TXN11
Well, that step was easy. I'll just move on to the next thing to reintroduce: gluten. I have a feeling that I'm going to have problems there.
