ellenskb Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 I started on Tuesday the 21st but I drank Almond milk day one and day two - did not realize there was sugar in it! So, Thursday and Friday I did great but went out with a friend who just broke her ankle. She was drinking, I was not. But then I was! Darn. I had 2 glasses of red wine. So today is Day One all over again. I am eating everything correctly but I want my wine. I will try to make it without it! I feel pretty good but still have issues with my bowels. calee Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 You can do it. Just fasten your seat belt and hang onto the wagon. It may take a few days for the craving to go away, but they will and it's worth the effort. That said, you have to want it, whatever that it is for you. Better digestion?
