Starting Day 7

I made it throught he first week of Whole 30 and I feel pretty damn good. This past week was pretty awful, and I was prepetually angry at my husband for no particular reason, but today my head feels clear, I woke up calm, and I feel ready to take on a Memorial Day Bar B Que tomorrow.

I haven't been exercising too vigouously since I started this program, and I want to start making exercise part of my weekly routine, but I'm a little worried about how it will affect me wanting to snack in between meals. On Day 5 I was finally able to make it through the day with out snacking. I suppose it will be a work in progress. . .
