bookluvingbabe Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 I think I've read somewhere that rice wine vinegar is actually okay and that the only vinegars on the forbidden list are malt (because it has added gluten) and balsamic if there are added sulfites. But rice wine vinegar seems SO sweet to me now. I like the flavor profile and maybe I need to use less or cut it with something. Or find a substitute. Any ideas on how to cut it or what an acceptable alternative would be? I like to use it on salads. Thanks! (I'm getting ready to start another Whole 30 this week.
