Melany Anderson
I am guessing no, but praying yes...Here are the ingredients: chili, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives and xanthan gum. Contains sulphite (sodium bisulfite)

Beets
Yeah--I love my chili sauce too. Especially on meatloaf. Mmmm. I'm sure if you were really determined you could make some. NomNom Paleo has a recipe for sriracha (has honey for ok for post w30, without it would essentially be hot chili sauce, right?) But I see you have littles and I can just imagine my kids busting into the kitchen and rubbing their eyes with hot chilis! (This happened a few weeks ago with dried pepper flakes: 2yo in the mouth and 5yo in the eye. Thank god it was kind of old.)
praxisproject
Look around, not all chilli sauces have nasties. However it is very hard to find them without sugar. I found the vinegar based sauces were easiest in the commercial ranges, like Franks Hot Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce and Cholula I think as well (not 100% sure on that last one).
