First W30 AND first day! Nervous I can't stick to it

Ok, going to keep this short and sweet. I am starting a W30 to get off the yoyo weight gain/weight loss bandwagon and improve my health....AND to prove I can stick to something for 30 days with no wagon crashes. I am 32 yrs old, and have definitely lost weight and kept it off, but I have never proven that I can consistently stick to something like this for a set period of time. It's a big deal for me! Anyway. I did shopping and some prep cooking yesterday. Roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, mayo (first time, and I feel like a superstar, I will never buy store bought again), and ground meat with spices and onions. So....for breakfast today.....three scrambled eggs in ghee with sweet potatoes and spinach. Some cherries on the side. Lunch....Brussels, sweets, ground meat and an avocado. Noncompliant ranch, so I just added a day at the end, as I wasn't really thinking. So far, so good. One day at a time!!
