HealthyinOK
I found some sausage that might be Whole 30 friendly. But, it does have fruit sugar (fructose) listed as a substitute for the sugar that was in all the rest of the sausages. Is this allowed? Is it like fruit juice, and that's allowed, right? Just want to make sure before I eat it.
Technology
Unfortunately that's not allowed on the Whole30 plan. It's an added sugar made from fructose and not like fresh juiced fruit.

Technology
Good luck and great work in checking and questioning those labels!
Tiffany P
If sausage is what you are looking for, I would suggest starting with ground pork and googling the spice blend. I have not found any sweet italian sausage sans sugar, but really like the flavor profile in things like frittatas and even my paleo farmer's pie! Good luck!
