Too much healthy fats??

How do I know if I'm eating too much healthy fats? I only eat lean meats (my area doesn't have the best of grass fed selections) so I've upped my healthy fats. Mainly avocado and pasture butter. But I'm afraid to overdo it.

Just to add to Tom's template advice, butter (even when from pastured cows) is not okay because it contains dairy. You can, however buy ghee or easily make it from your pastured butter. Ghee is delicious. :)
