Derval Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 Well here we are, back again, for 30 days of brilliance! My goals for this round are : Fruit will not be a snack or desert. Only fruit & nuts allowed are *in* a meal I will drink water and limit coffee to 2 a day. I will take my supps every day I will follow the meal template for *all* meals, esp breakfast I will menu plan I will get the house under control using this guide I will complete phase 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution - this is quite a challenge as it's 6 days a week. As many of you know I have a rough time recently following a car crash but I am feeling much better now and this will be a good cleansing 30 days to put that incident behind me. I am hoping it will also set me up in body & spirit for the kids 8 weeks of school holidays which started end of June. So today is Day 0, or maybe even Day 1 if I stay compliant....we'll see how the day pans out. I was 129.4 lbs when I finished my Jan/Feb W30 and I'm a bit more than that now, maybe 132? I would like to get back down to my happy weight of 126 but really this W30 is more about just getting my sh1t together I will do starting weight, measurements & pics tomorrow.
