Plan for first days.

Hi there, 

 

I'm starting my 1st whole 30 tomorrow.  Just wondering does this sound ok to kick off -

 

D1

B - 3 eggs w/ sliced mushrooms fried in clarified butter.  Coffee w/ coconut milk

S - if needed I have packed a small handful of almonds & cashews

L - 2 large tbsp coleslaw, chicken breast, olives, homemade mayo - large green salad.

D - meatballs in tomato & basil sauce. Courgette ribbons

 

D2.

B - Scrambled eggs w/ spinach, coffee w/ coconut milk

S - Guacamole w/ carrot sticks

L - Tuna salad - homemade mayo, peppers, baby tomatoes

D - Butternut squash stew w/ chicken breast

 

D3

B - Boiled eggs some veg & coffee.

S - Hoping not to need but maybe some berries.

L - Chicken breast, mixed nuts, vinaigrette, salad. 

D - Fillet steak, mustard, broccoli, snap peas, green beans.

 

D4

B - Scrambled eggs, Coffee w/ coconut cream

S - hoping to drop the snack if hunger ok

L - Baked salmon w/ salad

D - Homemade burger, sweet potato 'fries', green salad.

 

 

I have bought & prepped most of above which will take me to Fri night. Will shop and cook again on saturday for a few days. 

 

Any tips?  Thanks in advance.
