missmunchie Posted June 4, 2013 Share Posted June 4, 2013 My DH makes the most amazing thai curry. Sautee a sliced onion until it's well cooked, then dump in the ccm. Toss in some fun spices - we like curry and cumin. Blend it up with a stick blender or food processor. Dump over cooked ground beef or chicken and cooked frozen veg like broccoli.
