Roasted Cashew Butter with Safflower Oil?

Thanks for the quick reply. I will not eat the cashew butter.

 

I am on Day 3 and I still feel pretty in control but I am noticing cravings for things that are more filling than the eggs, chicken, beef, spinach, salad greens, balsamic/olive oil marinades, and sweet potatoes I have been eating. It seems that no matter how much I eat I don't feel full. That's why I thought some sort of nut butter with apples might hit the spot. Will keep looking for compliant nut butters.

The cashew butter is about as good as any nut butter. Having some nut butter and an apple is okay. However, if you are looking for something more filling and thinking about nut butter, the overall fat content of your meals may be too low.
