Should I Stop My Suppliments?

On the 30 day challenge and I was wondering how many of you take suppliments? I know I do but before I go further into it I was wondering if I should stop. I take a One A Day Multi-Vitiamin, Biotin, Fish Oil (dry climate in Colorado), and Acai Berry.

You can take supplements if they do not include ingredients like soy or dairy (which many do). For more on supplements, you might want to read the following...
