HealthyinOK
I hope I don't wear this board out. I'm totally new to whole 30 AND anything Paleo. lol I did read the Whole 30 program rules first, I promise. I know we can have fruit juice as in orange juice for a recipe. But is 1 cup of orange juice too much for a serving of 4? Here is the recipe: http://www.icookfree.com/cook/main-dish/sauted-orange-chicken-with-ginger/ I was going to make this for dinner with baked yams but if that is too much OJ, can I add less and be ok? Johnny M
Don't worry that's why this board exists! I think the point with juice is its not an optimal beverage but if you're using it to flavor your meat or veggies and it's natural and otherwise compliant go for it. I think your recipe sounds fine!
