Suzgord Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 On day 25 and looking ahead to day 31 and beyond with this question: The books suggests starting dairy on Day 1: some yogurt, later some cheese and ice cream. Then gluten foods come in for an audition on day 4, but what about the intervening days 2 & 3? Do I continue with small amounts if dairy, or am I completely whole 30 those two days observing any effects from day 1? Thanks for clarification!
