Selene Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 I'm looking to crowd source ideas on how to deal with stress at the end of the day. Some of my coping mechanisms have included drinking a beer (or two), mindless TV, or maybe eating something sweet (far less of an issue) -- all things I am trying to avoid. Just had a colossally stressful day at work (I'm still here and intend to be for awhile) and I think it's going to be important to unwind in a healthy, mindful way when I get home.
