Dealing with stress

I'm looking to crowd source ideas on how to deal with stress at the end of the day. Some of my coping mechanisms have included drinking a beer (or two), mindless TV, or maybe eating something sweet (far less of an issue) -- all things I am trying to avoid.

 

Just had a colossally stressful day at work (I'm still here and intend to be for awhile) and I think it's going to be important to unwind in a healthy, mindful way when I get home.

 

Would love to hear how other people have been replacing some of those old unwinding behaviors with new ones.
