Ingredients - Onion, garlic, clarified butter, fresh pumpkin, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chilli flakes, chicken stock, 100% coconut cream, bacon. I've used 100% coconut cream here instead of cream as in the original recipe. It's basically a recipe by Nigel Slater.
