Wendi
So I keep seeing that doing W30 can cause disruption of cycles. My problem, I might go 60-90 between cycles already. My husband and I are trying to have a baby and I NEED my system to work properly. I have done two rounds of clomid with no success already. I am not super stressed out about getting pregnant. However, I certainly don't want to do something that could make getting pregnant more difficult. Thoughts, suggestions? Magic answer?? Link to comment
befabdaily
Actually the "disruption" that was caused to mine was that they went back to being regular, predictable 27 day cycles again after having been irregular for a year or so. I had one awful, crampy one with completely off-the-wall symptoms right at the beginning, and then they've been regular as clockwork and mild ever since. So you might get some unexpected relief rather than unexpected worsening. Link to comment
MrsStick
I agree - I know several people who have gone to a W30-style of eating (maybe not exactly, but a higher fat, no grain, etc. diet) and become normal. It's worth a shot! Maybe you'll get a real cycle back. Link to comment
