Whole milk vs. non-fat?

Recommended Posts

So after the re-introduction phase, if we determine that dairy is not an issue, should we drink whole milk to get more fat in our diet or should we drink non-fat milk.  With learning about the need for more fat intake through Whole30 I am wondering if whole milk is now what I should drink instead of non-fat like I did when I used to follow a low-fat diet.  Or is the type of fat in whole milk not considered good fat??

If a food that should have fat has been modified and is now "fat free", run away quickly. ;-)  If they take the fat out of something, they have to replace it with something else. Usually sugar or another refined carbohydrate.
