Hey All!


So I just came back from paleo shopping.....imagine my grocery bill! I also understand when switching to healthy food the initial cost is always the most....almost/coconut flour.....coconut/olive oil....MANY SPICES.....veggies, meats, stuff to make sauce, etc.


My questions is, what is everyone having for dinner? Tonight I'm making coconut chicken with sauteed veggies and a baked sweet potato (ghee came in the mail today so also eager to try that out!) I also plan on making paleo ketchup and some strawberry salsa.
