Grains re-intro...gluten vs. non-gluten

So when we have completed the re-intro for gluten containing grains, the next step is to re-intro non-gluten containing grains.  But what if we had no reaction to gluten?  Is there any point in re-introducing non-gluten grains?  Can we just skip ahead to legumes?

Having no reaction to gluten doesn't necessarily mean anything about non-gluten grains, although I don't remember reading about many people having reactions to non-gluten grains other than maybe bloating. You can introduce whatever foods you want, on whatever schedule. You don't have to follow the order in the book. I think the two important things are making sure you aren't trying 2 ingredients at once, and waiting at least 2 days before you try anything else as the book recommends.
