Melany Anderson
Won't leave me alone today. This is not a good feeling. I feel like pulling my hair out if I don't have a snack (not hungry.. just want to snack)
kaiser179
I have been struggling with the desire to snack post W30 too! And it's not hunger ... I miss eating snacky foods just for the mere enjoyment of snacking. I feel your pain! I think I have to go back to my early W30 methods of distracting myself with non-food related activities (going outside for a walk) or having a cup of tea. birder
I have struggled to. I even gave in and ate a handful of peanut M&M's and then felt so icky. I won't do that again. But my husband begged me to make banana bread and do you think I can stay away from that? I decided that I would only eat as part of my breakfast so I ate a whole zuchini cooked with 2 eggs and a tiny piece of banana break on the side. Feeling super satisfied now but it is not even 8 am and I have the whole morning off from work. I think I have to commit to eating specifically whole 30 when I have days where I'm home most the day (I'm a teacher off a good chunk of time this summer) so I don't browse the contents of the kitchen all day.
