The 2nd flight had really bad turbulence, and I got sick. after landing I has a few sips of water and something like 2 almonds and 3 raisins and then sat to rest in my rental car, then got sick again after 20-30 mins. Drove 40 mins, stopped to rest again, then as soon as I started driving I got sick *again* into my water bottle bc there was no where to pull over. Went to my hotel instead of going to work, drank about 6oz of water and slept for 4 hours, then decided to go to walmart for electrolyte water, bananas, and chicken broth (which has some evap cane juice but at this point I don't care). I got sick again at walmart-it was neon yellow so prob just bile. Normally I would have a few saltine crackers and sleep it off--at what point do you decide to cut the w30 short so you can keep food down? If I was home I'd have my hubby get me ginger tea or kombucha, but I can't get those for myself at this point... What should I do? PS I'm guessing this is a combo of motion sickness and a bug or food poisoning; I had homemade turkey sausage this morning that in retrospect should have been tossed a couple days ago.
