Extra Meal When Up Late and Active?

Hi, I just finished week 2. I go dancing one night almost every weekend. I often don't get home until 4 AM. What do I do on those days? Eat extra at each meal to still have 3 meals or add an additional meal? So far I have been adding a meal right before I go dancing to get me through the 3-4 additional hours that I will be up that night.

I'm never up that late, but I often perform as a singer at night, and it's rare that I can come home from a performance and not feel the need to eat something.  All that to say that I think eating an extra meal or mini-meal is a great way to handle that situation.  The timing probably varies depending on what you're doing when, of course.  But yeah, more meals is fine.
