Ready to start my second round of the Whole30.  Went shopping yesterday and picked up veggies.  Making a double batch of Chocolate Chili today, and will be preparing several items for take-to-work lunches for next week..

I am also beginning a second whole30 today (first was in March). While I stuck with the right foods during my first whole30, I didn't change my habits like I should have. I will be following the meal template this time around, and sticking with it until I can "ride my own bike." I need some accountability on this, and planning my meals out.

 

Today's planned meals:

 

Meal 1: 4 eggs, green beans

Meal 2: Chicken with veggies, cooked in olive oil

Meal 3: Salmon with coconut oil, broccoli
