Free e-book, Affording grass-fed beef

It's funny, I knew this book would be no good to me, being in the UK. However I decided to just check and see if it was available here as it might be handy for reference. It's not available here and a search for it brings up a vegetarian slow cooker book. Yeah, grass fed beef equals vegetarian - good one Amazon

I bought about 70 pounds of grass fed beef for $365 at my local farmer's market on Saturday. Buying in bulk gets me modest discounts off ordinary pricing. I came home with 20 pounds of ground beef and 50 pounds of roasts. I can't fit any more into my freezer. I used to hate the idea of buying frozen meat, but now don't mind at all.

Kirsteen, that's hilarious!  I mean, I wish the book would have been available and helpful but the search results tickled me!

Tom, I am saving for a freezer this summer.  There is a farm near my house that sells 1/4, 1/2, and whole cows which I would like to move towards for savings and to always have meat on hand.  I have no issue buying frozen meat and in fact most of the farms I buy from sell it frozen.

Thanks for the post. I am the author of the book and just wanted to say that I have no idea how all of this works in Europe OR what restrictions are placed upon Europeans so I couldn't, in good conscious, release this outside of the USA and Canada.

If you reach out me me via my email (nick at saveourskills dot com) I'll be happy to send you a review copy and you can let me know if the information applies there or possibly give me some insight into a future addition.

Also if you did happen to read the book I'm open to any feedback.
