emilyhas Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 My first whole 30 was wonderful and left me feeling great so I thought I'd try it again! The only problem is I have way less motivation this time. I know how good I can feel on whole 30 but I also already proved to myself I can do it and don't have the first time doing it energizing motivation. Now I keep restarting because I keep cheating and I can't quite seem to actually get started on this thing..six weeks to the wedding and I really want to feel great. The worst is when I cheat in the morning and can't seem to stop cheating. It's like I go into sugar loading mode because I know tomorrow will be another attempt at whole 30 and there may be no sugar for 30 days.
