Robnoxious
Hi, I have a question. My wife made a jennie o turkey breast in a bag. My concern is that is is bone in and cooked with the skin on. Can I eat the meat without the skin or does it have to be cooked without the skin? On the shopping list is shows store bought good skinless. Cooked with skin OK or no cooking with skin? If not does anyone have any suggestions for a turkey breast. Thanks, Rob
1Maryann
I say just don't eat the skin. I can't imagine how dry and awful a turkey would be if it was cooked without the skin to hold the moisture in.
